Surrounded by the gentle, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments, you'll be invited into a state of profound relaxation where the body can soften, the mind can become still, and the nervous system can gently unwind.
This is your time to pause, breathe, and simply receive, a perfect vibe before the week gets going.

You will be lying on the floor so wear something loose and comfy, also please bring;
-Yoga mat
-Cushion or pillow
-Blanket
-Bottle of water (optional).
Session also includes a guided meditation and Oracle card pull.
If you don't have a yoga mat please do let me know.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before to settle in the space, go the toilet etc. Door will be open from 5.45pm.
No experience is needed—just come as you are, with an open heart and a willingness to relax.
