Sunday Reset: Floral Flow is a guided, small-group creative experience designed to help participants slow down, reset, and prepare for the week ahead through intentional bouquet building.

In a calm, light-filled studio setting, guests work at seated tables alongside a diverse group of women, each creating and taking home their own finished bouquet made with fresh, seasonal flowers and greenery. Instruction is provided in a supportive, unhurried way—focused on care, preparation, and composition rather than perfection.

Each session features a curated focal flower selected for its structure, beauty, and ease of use. Roses are a core focal flower used regularly, alongside other seasonal options such as ranunculus, peonies (when in season), tulips, and lisianthus. Focal flowers are paired with complementary supporting blooms and greenery chosen to reflect the season and tone of the experience.

The workshop is thoughtfully paced to allow space for quiet reflection, hands-on creation, and a gentle transition into the upcoming week. Conversation is welcome but never required, and sharing is always optional.
