✨️ Gentle yoga consists of guided breathing, gentle stretches, and a sound bath meditation. ✨️

All levels are welcome.

We have straps and blocks for students and a few extra loaner yoga mats.

Classes are by donation. So students can donate whatever they wish via cash, venmo, cash app, zelle, etc.

Please park in driveway or on grass parallel to the fence.
