Shake off the week before and set yourself up for success with this Sunday Reset!
Join Alyssa for a relaxing hour of gentle movement and stretching, grounding and clearing to help you re-center and ground after the week. Then take some time to set your intentions, goals and tasks for the week ahead in order to set yourself up for the week to come. Take this time for yourself to pour into your own cup.
Reservation is required.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.
Mats are available but feel free to bring your own.
This class will run weekly.
Classes are $12 each.
