Celebrate the final day of Best in Show with a playful yoga flow in The Momentary Barn! Join Cocoon Yoga Lab for an all-levels vinyasa practice designed to connect you with your body, your breath, and the joyful energy of the moment. Adding a touch of fun to the flow, our local partners will bring in adorable (& adoptable) dogs and/or puppies to share in the experience, making it a session filled with smiles and wagging tails.
This unique yoga class is designed to uplift your spirit and foster a sense of community. Move through a thoughtfully crafted flow that encourages relaxation, builds strength, and enhances flexibility—all while enjoying the playful energy of our four-legged friends. The barn’s rustic ambiance provides the perfect setting for this lighthearted yet grounding practice, creating a memorable way to close out Best in Show.
The Momentary Barn is an airy space, so please dress for the weather to ensure your comfort during the session. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or trying yoga for the first time, this event welcomes all levels to enjoy movement, mindfulness, and moments of connection with both people and pets.
