No experience is needed! Our sound bath sessions are designed for everyone, whether you're new to sound healing or a regular attendee. Just come with an open mind and enjoy the experience.

All props, including yoga mats, blankets, and eye pillows for comfort are provided. You’re welcome to bring any personal items like water bottles or extra layers of clothing to stay cozy, but everything you need to relax is available at the event.

Comfort is key! Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to relax fully. Many participants wear layers in case the room gets cool during the session.

Our events are held at Century Wellness Studio, located in Century City. The address, gate code, and specific location details will be included in your booking confirmation email.

Yes, metered street parking is available near the studio and is in effect until 8:00 p.m. Mon-Sat. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to secure a spot.
