Sunday Release is a 90-minute group breathwork session at Broadfield District Community Centre, held at 4pm to help you let go of the week and reset for what’s ahead. In a calm, supportive space, you’ll be guided through breathwork designed to release built-up tension and create a sense of ease and clarity. No experience needed — just come as you are and leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and ready for the week ahead.Limited to 8 people!
What to bring:
* Yoga mat
* Blanket
* Pillow
* Water bottle
* Eye mask (help with darkness to relax)
* Journal (optional)
