Looking for a sweeter way to spend your Sunday morning? Join me for Sunday Puppy Flow, a special puppy yoga experience combining gentle movement, adorable American Bully puppies, and feel-good energy! 🐶🤍

We’ll begin with a beginner-friendly yoga flow before enjoying supervised puppy interaction and cuddle time. Whether you’re a regular yogi or just looking for something fun and different to do, this experience is all about slowing down, enjoying the moment, and welcoming a little extra joy into your Sunday.

• Location: Embody Dance Studio, Columbus, Ohio
• Tickets: $25 per person
• Capacity: Limited to 12–15 guests

🧘🏽‍♀️ WHAT TO BRING

Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable, clean clothing. A limited number of extra mats will be available.

🐾 PUPPY SAFETY & GUEST GUIDELINES

The health and well-being of our puppies and guests are a priority. Please read the following guidelines before attending:

• Wear clean clothing: Please arrive in freshly laundered clothing.
• Avoid exposure to illness: If you have recently been around sick dogs or dogs whose vaccination status is unknown or who are unvaccinated, please do not attend.
• Follow handling guidelines: All puppy interactions must be gentle and supervised. Please follow the host’s instructions when interacting with the puppies.
• Respect the puppies’ comfort: Puppies will have opportunities to rest, and interactions will be guided by their comfort and well-being.

If you are feeling unwell, please stay home.
