Hey everyone!We’re starting a recurring Sunday pickup Ultimate Frisbee group in Lynchburg, and the goal is simple: bring people together, get outside, and have fun.
This is completely beginner-friendly — no experience needed at all. Whether you’ve played for years or never touched a frisbee, you’re welcome here. It’s all about community, movement, and enjoying the game without pressure.
