Late summer in Milano still calls for open-air rituals, and BASE’s Court Yard once again becomes a playground for selectors, dancers, and anyone chasing that familiar Sunday release. From daylight into dusk, the sound will stretch wide, moving from intimate listening session into full-bodied club momentum.
At the core of the evening stands Jennifer Cardini, a figure who has spent the last two decades reshaping European dance floors, a DJ and curator whose Berlin base is only the latest stop in a career that has run through Rex Club, Panorama Bar, and countless festivals. Her sets are never linear: they lean into tension, weave electro and cosmic chug with unexpected warmth, and build the kind of narrative arcs that turn a party into memory.
Framing the night is a listening session by Alioscia Bisceglia, frontman of Casino Royale and longtime cultural agitator, who approaches music with the patience of cinema. Expect deep cuts, dub-soaked textures, and selections that invite you to slow down, tune in, and reset before the beat takes over.
Opening the garden, Disco Exotica will lay down their groove — playful, sun-kissed, and designed to open space for what’s to come.
And as always, the booth leaves a crack open for new voices. Il Deejay della Domenica is the space where emerging selectors can slip into the flow and test their sound in front of the garden crowd.
