This trauma-informed experience combines gentle sound, visuals, and warm, comfortable space to support deep relaxation and restoration.

• Lay down, sit, or recline comfortably
• Bring a blanket, journal, book, or coloring materials if you like
• Move at your own pace — this is your moment of stillness and quiet

Parking Information:
Free street parking is available directly in front of the studio, along the park. GPS may direct you to a parking garage — please ignore this and park along the park in front of PowerHaus Studio. Look for the PowerHaus Yoga sign to easily locate the space.

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time to settle into the space and get comfortable before the experience begins. Doors will close promptly at 7:00 PM to preserve the integrity of the experience, and late entry will not be permitted.
