Sunday Night Reset (Yoga & Sound Healing)

Welcome to Sunday Night Reset (Yoga & Sound Healing)! During this journey you will experience a Warming Slow Flow Yoga during the first 45 minutes as we move through poses open to all levels. Yoga helps the body to release Oxytocin and Endorphins--the feel good happy hormones--to bring us into peace and bliss!
Plus you'll do something AMAZING for your body by calming yourself AND your mind while the Singing bowls play the entire session.
During the 2nd half of the Sound Healing you will lay down in Savasana or get comfortable in some other way lying down and you will be guided through your emotions as well as restoring you to your calm nervous system to come out refreshed and rejuvenated!
Raise your vibration and take care of YOU during this 90 minute event.
After the Event you will have time to socialize and bond with other like minded individuals or option to head home and be with your family. We will be providing some warm tea from a Local Vendor to tantalize the taste buds!
WHAT TO BRING: A yoga mat and water for the Yoga flow.
WHAT'S PROVIDED: Blocks and Blankets (blankets are limited, first come first serve).
WHAT TO EXPECT: Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the event time to find parking and set up your spot in the studio. This is a journey inward and outward so you may experience emotions that are stirred up by the poses and the sound vibrations or the yoga postures. Please know that this is normal and allow whatever comes up to happen.
