Nia blends elements of dance, martial arts, and mindfulness, offering a low-impact, adaptable practice suitable for all fitness levels. Classes are designed to be playful yet empowering, enhancing your pleasure, strength, mobility, and overall well-being in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
Sarit, your instructor, has been teaching movement, mindfulness, and creativity in Gainesville since 2011, and is a First Degree Black Belt Nia instructor. Sarit's classes offer a unique opportunity to cultivate mind-body awareness while having fun and staying active.
When: Every Sunday, 10-11 AM
Cost: Donation-based
