Enjoy a cruise narrated live by our Captain with live instrumental music departing from Fairport 8-miles to Lock E32 in Pittsford, then experience locking up and down approximately 25 feet while our Captain explains the process, next enjoy great live instrumental music AND vocals too as we cruise 8-miles back to Fairport. These special cruises offer the opportunity for LIVE narration by our Captain about canal history/info, sites along our tour route, canal related stories, info about our beloved Colonial Belle and her amazing history, some tales about our family tour boat business that has been operating on the Erie Canal since 1989, answers to your questions & more. These cruise also offer fantastic LIVE MUSIC performed by talented local musicians with a different solo/duo/trio performing each week.

Bagged Snacks & both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks from our fully licensed bar are available for purchase aboard. Cash & Credit cards are accepted on the boat.

Per NYS Liquor Authority, Monroe County Health Department and insurance laws and policies, NO outside food or beverages (including bottled water) are permitted to be brought aboard.

Many of our departing passengers tell us "The Colonial Belle is one of the most enjoyable outings in New York State." We are located on the northern edge of the Finger Lakes region, famous for its wine tours as well as its scenic beauty. The Rochester area is a favorite New York tourism destination and provides many leisure activities and events.

All public cruises must meet the minimum number of required passengers for a cruise to sail as planned.
An unexpected conflict for a musician may cause a change in listed performer(s). A comparable substitute will perform whenever possible, or a refund for price difference (narrated cruise WITH live music vs. a regular narrated cruise) will be issued for last minute performer cancellation.
