1 hour yoga class perfect for absolute beginner - intermediate yogis followed by breakfast by Orchard Cafe including an overnight oats bowl and coffee of your choice.

Class: 7:30am

Breakfast: 8:30am

Come join our monthly Yoga and Breakfast club at Orchard Cafe. A gentle Sunday morning yoga flow session taking the opportunity to connect with your body and mind and start your Sunday well. See you on the mat!
