Begin your morning in our peaceful shrine room with individual practice.

9:15 AM | Newcomer Welcome
First time visiting? Join us for a brief orientation and introduction to meditation basics.

9:30 AM | Guided Meditation
Group shamatha (peaceful abiding) meditation with instruction, as needed.

10:00 AM | Sadhana Practice
First Sunday of the month: Medicine Buddha
Second and third Sunday of the month: Chenrezig and Amitabha
Last Sunday of the month: Green and White Tara

11:00 AM | Dharma Talk with Lama Sean
Weekly teachings that connect our modern lives with timeless Buddhist teachings.
