Sunday Morning Sound Bath Immersion - Nuneaton Heritage Centre

On Sunday 28th June, you are invited to step away from the noise and busyness of everyday life and immerse yourself into a deeply relaxing morning of sound and stillness.
Join experienced facilitators Shon Ross, of Inneflow and Art.Magdalenagk for a restorative sound bath meditation session at the historic Nuneaton Heritage Centre. As you lie comfortably and allow the sounds to wash over you, the rich vibrations of therapeutic gongs, singing bowls and other resonant instruments will create an immersive soundscape designed to encourage relaxation, mindfulness and inner calm.

The historic surrounding of the Nuneaton Heritage Centre provide the perfect setting for this morning of sound and healing energy.

To preserve the depth and intimacy of the experience the session is kept to a small number of participants, allowing the sound and energy to be fully felt.

Price: £23 per person (plus Eventbrite charges)

On the morning:

Mats will be provided, please feel free to bring your own for extra comfort though.

Bring a warm blanket or sleeping bag.

Bring pillows / cushions for under your head and legs.

An eye covering.

Water / herbal teas to drink afterwards will be provided.

Please note:

The event is pre-book only and is non-refundable.

It is for over 18's, 16 plus if with a parent.

A sound bath may not be for you if you are pregnant and in your first or last three months of pregnancy. Have a pacemaker, metal cochlear implants, or experience epilepsy or other types of seizures, have a sound sensitive condition such as Tinnitus, Labyrinthitis or Meniere's disease. Please refer to your GP in the first instance.
