It is a powerful time to let go of what is no longer serving you and to manifest your dreams. When you let go of old beliefs, you create more space to welcome fresh, new energy into your life. This crystal singing bowl,and gong sound healing is designed to put you into a relaxed, meditative state where you can access a theta consciousness. It is in this state that insight occurs, and your body's natural healing systems kick in.

: Being new to the whole experience, the comfort of your backyard made it a safe and welcoming space. You and others patiently and generously answered any questions I had and gave me advice on how to make it the best experience possible. Dennis, you spent time with me afterward and I believe it was my heart chakra that you unblocked…anyway, it was an emotional experience and it grounded me and confirmed even more that I was exactly where I needed to be.

: I was really in need of a sound bath healing. After months of mourning the death of our son. My husband and I attended one of Dennis’s Sound Bath sessions. I love sound bath. My Experience with Dennis was really healing one. As we walked into the space there was pleasant music playing. Dennis took the time to set up a beautiful space. Walking in to it I was greeted. It made me feel really comfortable and welcomed. While getting situated on my mat, Dennis made sure that I was comfortable, and I was asked if there’s anything I need. I laid comfortable on my mat, while the Frequencies went straight into my body. I was filled with joy in my heart, laughter and love. I began to cry with healing tears. Dennis took the time to walk around to every person, no one was left out. Everyone was able to feel the sounds. Dennis always takes time to add reiki in each session. I am so grateful to have the experience with Dennis’s Sound Bath sessions. I have been back for more. What a blessing for me!

: Last Friday during the November full moon I attended Dennis’s sound bath in his backyard. This was the first time I have ever experienced a sound bath, so I was a little bit nervous, and I really didn’t know what to expect. However, it was a really great experience for me. The people we’re all very kind and the sound bath was soothing and put me into a tranquil space. The next day when I woke up, I felt very calm, cool and collected and it gave me a new outlook on my current situation of being jobless. It made me realize that I am exactly where I am supposed to be, ready to take on new experiences and have an exciting journey of rediscovering myself. I especially liked the sand drum that made it sound like you were in the ocean waves. Thank you, Dennis!

: Wow. I arrived a little after start time, I quietly snuck into an open spot closest to the moon. I hadn't read the details and assumed yoga was going to be had. It was a chilly night, and Instead I was delighted to be lying still letting sounds rush in. I bundled up with my blanket resembling a mummy and let go of my mind and body. Having young kids this is a challenge to shake the stress and worry. I heard a gentleman snoring lightly and thought, right on; this is allowed. I was tired to begin, as well and afraid I would fall asleep. I was peeking at the moon, as I took deep breathes and climbed in the sounds. It felt like I went somewhere else to an area in my mind where it's safe, warm and serene. When the others rose from their meditative slumber, I figured I better rise as well. Remembering my reality, I went home to continue being mom. The experience TRULY felt like a modern-day Parent "Time-Out" for behaving well. Thank you, Dennis.

: I think it’s just what I needed. There’s a hard part of being aware of my thoughts and just wondering why I put so much attention on certain things. It’s hard not to judgement to myself. I did a lot of self reflecting and even cried a little when you were telling us to think about what we are greatful for. I think that the experience today released stress and emotions through my body parts. It’s wild! It made me feel super present and I’d like to keep working on listening to myself.
