Drop in at our Centre - suite 103 of Heartwood House (use the 404 Mcarthur Ave entrance) - and meditate with us for a while! Our Sunday practice, once more in the mornings, includes periods of sitting meditation & walking meditation.Children young and old are quite welcome to attend!
Door open at 9:30am
Doors close (and lock) at 9:55am
Please arrive early to ensure your entry.
There is some parking available in the rear lot, on site, or you can take bus #14 to McArthur and Moorvale/De L’église.
