Admission: $20 in advance, $25 day- of. Per venue regulations, tickets MUST be purchased in advance - no cash at the door. Thanks for understanding!
🌀 ABOUT THE JOURNEY
Ecstatic Dance is dancing with no rules and lots of heart.
The music guides the journey, carrying you through waves of rhythm, release, and expression. The music follows an arc: beginning in stillness, building to a thumping, heart opening crescendo, then returning to spaciousness with a soothing sound bath. This is a moving meditation practice. Move however your body wants — no choreography, no experience needed — just a welcoming, judgment-free space to dance, sweat, and explore.

🚫 No talking on the dance floor (keeps focus on movement)
🚫 No food, drinks, or bottles on the floor
🚫 No alcohol, smoking, or drugs
🚫 No photos or videos
✅ Respect yourself and others
✅ Dance however you wish
🙏 If you’d rather not dance with someone, kindly place hands in prayer at your heart
