- Warm Up, Stretch, Dance Your Dance: 75+ minutes of soulful, energizing tunes to move and groove to.
- Open Circle: Facilitated movement tips to deepen your experience (optional to join!).
- Integration: Reflect on your movement solo or with a partner.
- Closing Circle: Wrap up together with shared words from those who wish to share.
Feel free to come just for the dance or stay for more—whatever feels right for you.
