The 15th annual Southern Highlands Autumn Gardens Weekend and Plant Fair is set to be an unmissable weekend!Join us for Sunday's Jazz in the Gardens with the ever popular jazz bank "Short & Horny". Catch their vibrant live sets (from 11am - 3pm), bringing high-energy jazz, smooth grooves, and irresistible swing to the stage.
Bold, brassy, and seriously fun, Short & Horny will have you tapping your feet from the first note.
... And, in case you didn't know - there's a whole weekend full of gardens, markets and fun! Including:
OPEN GARDENS - 6 spectacular private Southern Highlands estate gardens rarely open to the public.
There are two large gardens in Robertson. Along with four gardens in Bowral, two expansive properties and two more intimate spaces - all creating a wonderfully balanced and varied styles and plantings for our Autumn 2026 weekend.
These gardens, which are not usually open to the public, are generously opened by their owners in support of fundraising for the Southern Highlands Botanic Gardens, a not-for-profit that is proudly community owned and operated.
PLANT FAIR - And, not to be missed also as part of the Southern Highlands Autumn Gardens Weekend & Plant Fair is of course the PLANT FAIR also held at Southern Highlands Botanic Gardens at 1 Old South Road, Bowral, 9am - 4pm, also across both Saturday and Sunday (18-19 April).
- And.. MONDAY IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCES to explore and experience even more of the beautiful Southern Highlands – Oxley Hill Farm Flowers, Retford Park house, Bowral Honey Farm tour and lunch, and sumptuous High Tea at Peppers Craigieburn.
