Please join us for a morning of reflection, meditation, and spiritual exploration.
Our coordinator and speaker will be Ann Hemdahl-Owen, and our message bearer will be Hoppy Rochner.
This Sunday's service invites us into the theme of Journeying Through Time and Spirit.
Together, we will begin with a gentle movement meditation inspired by the Four Elements and set to the music Shamanic Dream. Led by M.J. and Beth, this experience offers an opportunity to connect with the rhythms of nature and the wisdom held within.
Following the movement meditation, Cathy Courson, Patti Carpenter, and Ann will guide participants through a reflective past-life meditation. This guided experience is designed to help participants explore memories, symbols, and insights that may emerge from another time and place. Whether approached as spiritual exploration, imagination, or personal reflection, participants are invited to remain open to whatever unfolds.
This meditation offers an opportunity to explore those connections and discover what wisdom, understanding, or perspective may be available to you today.
No prior experience is necessary. Simply come with an open mind and a willingness to explore.
AFTER SERVICE:
Following the service, we invite you to join us upstairs for lunch and fellowship. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with community, share your experiences, and continue meaningful conversations in a warm and welcoming environment.
