OKAYYYYYYYYYYY, this run is for those who've always WANTED to start running, but didn't have the right motivation, etc, whatEVER! It's also for those who've said "MAN, would I like to start running again", or "I'm worried about coming back after my injury". In fact, it could be ANYTHING, so here's your opportunity to meet an incredible bunch of runners who LOVE to run but also don't take running (or themselves) too seriously. We'll meet up at Diversey Driving Range and head out for exactly one mile out and one mile back, and after that those who feel they can do a bit more can join us for another two miles! DON'T WORRY, we'll be doing a run-walk of 10 minutes running and one minute walking and, true to our name, we NEVER leave anyone behind! ALL the things will be there, amazing humans, great conversations, our beautiful lakefront and a nice run!
