Sunday Funday Evening Ride to Virginia Diner

Lunch Stop: Virginia Diner
Description of ride: Join us as we cruise down 58 and then head down some back country roads toward Wakefield, VA. Points of interest include Western Branch Baptist Church, 200-year-old tree in the middle of a corn field, the old Franklin paper mill, and Clay Memorial Park, not to mention miles of beautiful farmland and wildlife.
We will ride 264 to 58 to 460 to our secondary meetup point, the Huddle House Restaurant. From there we follow Old Myrtle Road to Old Carsville Rd to 58. Then we will follow 58 to 258 through Franklin crossing over the Blackwater River Bridge before taking a quick pitstop at Ducks Thru at 807 Hunter Rd. After fueling up, we will enjoy some back country roads through Courtland onto South 35, then to Indian Town Rd, finishing at the Virginia Diner in Wakefield. Gas stop for the return trip will be at Market Express Station at 200 North County Drive in Wakefield.
