The New Bedford Wellness Initiative’s Wellness Program is made possible through generous sponsorships and community partnerships. The program is free and open to the public. Our classes are led by certified instructors and run every Sunday. The classes will start with 8:30am Science of Well Being, 9:30 am Meditation & 10am Yoga, 11am Zumba along with 10am Hypnosis for Smoking Cessation with Hypnotist, John Barboza every 3rd Sunday of the month.
