Sunday Flow Sessions- Paddle board meet up
Join a all female Flow Session through Florida's natural springs. This experience is designed to help you reset, move with intention, and conncet in a relaxed, beginner-friendly environment.
✔ Beginner-friendly (no experience needed)
✔ Guided group paddle experience
✔ Bring your own board or rent one
✔ Central Florida spring locations
✔ Limited spots available
Each paddle board session is about 1.5 miles going and coming. Sessions are from 930am to 3pm.
After securing your ticket, youll recieve your waiver and final session details before event to your email.
