Join local yoga teacher Alice in a weekly all levels yoga class. You’ll work up a sweat as you move with your breath to the beat of her our signature energetic playlists.
Stay for a beer at Point Ybel - it’s included in your class reservation!
We promise you’ll leave feeling more connected with yourself and the people around you.
--> Bring a mat & water. Consider a towel and a coozie. Just the essentials.
--> Registration is $15 and includes a post class beer! Cash or Venmo accepted.
*Note this isn't a 'free' event as it will appear on Eventbrite. We'd all like to avoid the fees!
**Drop-ins also welcome! Come as you are. We'll make space.
--> Come a few minutes early to set up. We'll end at 11:45 so Point Ybel can open at noon and we can cheers each other!
