Every Sunday, we create space to slow down, reset, and reconnect.

Each week offers something a little different — from guest speakers and workshops to guided experiences and simple moments to pause. No two Sundays are the same, but the intention always is: to support your wellbeing in a way that feels accessible and grounding.

You don’t need to prepare anything or have prior experience. Just come as you are.

What to Expect:
• a rotating wellness experience (changes weekly)
• opportunities to learn, reflect, or simply be present
• a welcoming, low-pressure environment
• a sense of community and connection

Whether you’re looking to deepen your practice or just take a breath before the week begins, this space is here for you.
Come early for some connection time in the lounge, 6:15-7pm.
