About this Event

Join us for this donation-based offering of Yin Yoga with a Sound Bath Meditation guided by Kate, the Whispers of Life Doula!

Breathe deep as you rest into the gentle, ground based (or seated) practice of Yin Yoga. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls during the Sound Bath Meditation to close out your Sunday evening. No experience is necessary, just bring yourself (in some comfy soft cloths) and an open heart.

You are invited to arrive to the Harmony Village Clubhouse just as you are for these ease filled offerings focused on self compassion and deep rest. We will gather from 7-8:30pm on Sunday evenings. (Supportive props will be provided for up to 10 Self Care Participants.) We can't wait to see you there!
