Sunday Evening Sound Bath + Reiki

Join us for a night of soothing sounds to relax your nervous system. We will play a variety of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, the rain stick, gongs, drums and chimes. We will be focusing on the stillness within - the wellspring of peace and presence. The experience will be relaxing, transcendent, and nourishing and will provide a portal to your inward journey.

With Reiki added to this sound voyage you will go even deeper into relaxation and restoration. Reiki is an energy technique used to reduce pain, stress, and anxiety. It also promotes relaxation all the way to your core, helping you feel more grounded, centered, and empowered in life.

During the sound bath, our practitioner will offer Reiki by placing or hovering their hands over different parts of your body, helping the energy balance and flow more naturally. You will feel their gentle, compassionate touch encouraging you to go deeper within and reconnect with your True Self.  You do not have to participate in the reiki if you do not wish.

Please arrive on time. The doors will be closed after 5 minutes of the start time to ensure that the guests already in place are not disturbed once the sound bath begins.
