Sunday Evening Sound Bath

Sundays are for self care! Close out your week with the perfect mind/body/soul reset!

Sound healing is one of the most effective and effortless healing modalities one could experience. All you need to do is lay down, close your eyes, breathe and open to receive. Scroll down to learn more about the benefits of Sound Healing.

Doors open 30 mins before the event is scheduled to begin. Please feel free to arrive a few minutes early for tea and connection time. The sound bath is 45-55 minutes long. All are welcome!

Yoga mats, thin cushions and blankets are provided. Bring your emotional support water bottle and anything else you need to be comfy laying on a Yoga mat (for example additional pillows or an eye cover)

There is a futon available for anyone who would like to use it.
