SUNDAY EVENING MEDITATION- Soak up some goodness and enjoy Sunday evening meditations with Jodi as you connect with your tender heart. Every month there is a theme that will be discussed at the beginning of class. Breathwork and journaling also take place before the guided meditation session. A heartfelt discussion usually follows meditation. No experience needed, just your open mind and heart. Class is limited to 16 participants. 9.8- Intentional Living and Self Awareness
