About this Event

Welcome to the Sunday Sound Bath at Kyndfolk! Join Juliana for a 45-minute relaxing and rejuvenating experience as we come together to immerse ourselves in the healing vibrations of sound. Let the soothing sounds wash over you, releasing tension and promoting a sense of calm and well-being. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind and connect with like-minded individuals. No experience necessary - just bring yourself and an open heart. We look forward to sharing this special experience with you!

Yoga Mat, eye masks and blanket are supplied, please feel free to bring your own blanket, pillow, etc to make yourself as comfortable as possible.

Please arrive at 12:10pm for a prompt 12:15pm start.

NB: Sessions will take place in the Community room upstairs at Kyndfolk, some external noise from the cafe is to be expected.
