In this community gathering, AAron will lead the class through intentional rhythms and collective drumming to help release tension, quiet the mind, and become more grounded in the moment.

AAron is an internationally acclaimed master drummer and community builder specializing in West African and Afro-Caribbean rhythms. Trained in Ghana and Jamaica, he draws from ancestral rhythmic traditions to create experiences that invite people to slow down, reconnect, and be present.
