Join us every third Sunday of the month for Sunday Circle!
Circling is an ancient form of communication that invites each person to air their thoughts and feelings without cross comments or advice.
We proceed around the circle with a “talking object” held by each speaker and passed after a few minutes to the next speaker. Circling is way to allow each person to speak from the heart and deeply listen to others.
Everyone is welcome to join for these community conversations at the Davis Shambhala Meditation Center.
