Our regular and popular monthly get together at this great venue, every 4th Sunday of the month, all year round, for every kind of classic, historic or interesting car, van, truck & bike or anything with an engine or two.It's a well established date in the diary for enthusiasts and it's not unusual for us to welcome 100 vehicles or more.
The Cross Hands is a well known venue on the A46 at Old Sodbury (everyone seems to know the late Queen was stranded there once) with a large car park and a bar and restaurant.
The Cross Hands does a 'meal deal' for us of a bacon, sausage or veggie roll and a filter coffee for a bargain £4-99. A big thanks to Paul, the manager, for organising this - please support them by eating as much as possible......and being patient & polite if there is a queue for food, which there can be when dozens of people turn up at once. All older or interesting vehicles are welcome but this is not for those who like revving their engines or doing burn outs. Anyone doing so will be asked to leave and will not be welcome again. Also, when leaving the car park you MUST turn left initially as it is a one way road. To get back to the A46 you go a few yards up the hill and take the right hand fork which loops you back down to the A46.
Stay as little or as long as you like - you are sure to feel at home.
