Our regular weekly sandy toes session on King Eddies!
Soak up the North Sea air and celebrate the sun rising with a refreshing and vibrant flow, moving to the sound and energy of the sea. Suitable for all levels including complete beginners. Please bring your own mat or towel - we have limited available please request in advance.
PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT our Free Community Yoga.
LOCATION: King Edwards Bay, Tynemouth
