Join us for a gentle Sunday afternoon sound bath at Trowse Manor Rooms
Held in the calm of a summer afternoon, these sessions are a chance to slow down, reset and take some time away from the pace of everyday life.
You will be invited to get comfortable and simply rest while being surrounded by the soothing sounds of gongs, singing bowls and other calming instruments in a peaceful and welcoming space.
No experience is needed. Just bring yourself and allow yourself an hour to fully switch off, breathe deeply and unwind.
