Losing someone we love can leave us feeling disconnected from them, and from the world around us. Grief is deeply personal, often bringing emotions that are hard to name or even understand.
I have experienced personal loss over the last two years, and this time has not been easy. But through my work with crystal singing bowls and gongs, I’ve found moments of stillness, comfort, and a gentle acceptance.
I am now a STILL Method grief coach, yet here I am a fellow traveler through grief, offering this space as a monthly gathering where we can meet in honesty, gentleness, and sound.
Held on one Sunday afternoon each month, it’s a place to share our journeys and to be held by the healing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls.
