Our mission is to foster a community of like-minded individuals in a space where we can better ourselves and Chattanooga through connecting and sharing our unique passions with one another. Here, ALL skill levels in ANY art are welcome. Think object manipulation and movement, juggling, acro yoga, hooping, poi, dance, gymnastics, tumbling, circus apparatus, flow arts, etc. There is so much to learn and so much love down this delightful path. Come wiggle, throw things, swing things, swing people, toss people, flip your body into a foam pit, flip a friend into a foam pit, and jump in for some silly games. COME PLAY!📍WHERE📍

*It is a $5 drop in fee for each person. @acronooga Venmo, PayPal or $5 cash.
*Must pay before you can jam!!
----GENERAL RULES----
➡️ No smoking/vaping, drugs or alcohol permitted on the property.
➡️ Please limit photo or videography to filming yourself for your own learning purposes.
➡️ Your safety is your utmost responsibility. If you want to try something new and/or dangerous, find a teacher and a safe, trusted spotter.
➡️ No use of the uneven bars, hanging rings or trampoline.
➡️ Respectful use of TAG's property is completely mandated.
----FOR AERIALS (silks/trapeze/lyra)----
➡️ No swinging on any aerial equipment. The I-beam rigging cannot handle lateral forces. This goes for ropes, silks and anything else hanging. Normal use of ropes and silks is permitted.
----PARKING----
The gate on the left side of the building should open for extra parking space. If the front is full, park in the back of the rear parking lot behind the gym and please leave space for a car to fit through the alley to get out.

If any these apply to you, join us at TAG for an entire evening of practice, silly antics, groovy music, and camaraderie!! We have the space to ourselves so bring props/toys(bodies included!) or play on or with the extras we bring along.
