After a busy week, it’s time to slow down, stretch out, and reconnect with yourself. Join us for a relaxing outdoor yoga session designed to calm the mind, awaken the body, and restore your inner balance—surrounded by nature in a peaceful open-air setting.
This 60-minute session focuses on mindful movement, gentle stretching, and deep breathing to help release tension, boost energy, and cultivate self-love. It's the perfect way to reset and start your weekend with clarity and calm.
Session Details:🧘 Time: Sunday, 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM🧘‍♀️ Location: Aperia Mall, Open Plaza🧘🏻‍♂️ What to Bring: Yoga mat, yoga block, yoga strap, towel, and water bottle
