Registration is open for the first Suncoast Pickleball Boot Camp scheduled for May 4-9 at Lake Junaluska. The all-inclusive camp, put on by the Suncoast Pickleball Association, includes training, professional instruction and private lessons for players of all levels, plus meals, lodging and evening socials. In addition to learning fundamental strokes, players also will learn pro-level strategies and techniques, ways to work with their playing partner, advanced team strategies, footwork and mental aspects of the game.
The camp will offer a fun way for pickleball players to mingle with the pros and other players while enhancing their pickleball skills.
A second Suncoast Pickleball Boot Camp is scheduled for Oct. 5-10 at Lake Junaluska, with registration opening at a later date.
