TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore highly recommended. Please purchase travel insurance on your Dubai Travel Package.

• Traveling abroad require a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this trip, your passport should not expire before May 8, 2026.
• All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Travel-Rite Tours and Travel, LLC reserve the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.
• Roommate Match is offered for this tour. You will select “double occupancy” on the order form. In the notes type Roommate Match. Roommates will not be matched until after 50% of your reservation total has been made on your invoice.
• Currently, US Passport holders will receive VISA upon entry into Dubai. No fee is required at this time. If changes happen, we will alert you via email.
• You are required to make your own flight arrangement and airport transfers. The airport we will fly into is Dubai International Airport. The airport code is DXB. The group flight will depart from the US on September 30, 2025 and arrive in Dubai (DXB) on October 1, 2025. Check-in into the hotel is October 1, 2025. We will depart from Dubai to the US on October 7, 2025. If you are purchasing your own flight, you should make note of these dates and plan your flight and airport transfer accordingly.
• Airline flight schedule for the full package will be released April 2025.
• At check-in, a major credit card will be required for check-in to cover anticipated room charges.
• A full day-by-day itinerary will be provided 45 days before travel, if not earlier.
• A private WhatsApp group will be created about 30 days before event.
• Final Payment Date is July 3, 2025.

• Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
• All payments to Travel-Rite Tours and Travel, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name fee may apply.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
• If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
• Roommate Matching is available.
• This is a land-only package. Air can be added at an additional cost.
• Any name or occupancy changes should be directed to the Travel Rite Tours and Travel, LLC. Failure to do so results in a $250 Name Change Fee + any vendor fees.
• Late payment of $250 per person is required after the final payment date on your invoice.
• A reinstatement fee of $250 per person is required in addition to your past due balance in order to reinstate your booking anytime after cancellation.
• You are responsible to keep Travel-Rite Tours and Travel, LLC informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
