Start your morning with calmness, creativity & mindful energy at our beachside wellness experience 🌊☀️

The 2-hour session will begin with gentle yoga asanas guided by Certified instructor Sooha Parmar, helping you stretch, breathe and reconnect with your body through mindful movement by the beach.

This will be followed by a short guided meditation session designed to relax your mind, improve focus and bring inner calm before we move into the creative segment of the experience.

After grounding ourselves through movement and meditation, participants will dive into a therapeutic Dot Mandala Art Session with artist Bhoomi Dubal, where you will learn basic dot mandala techniques, pattern creation, color placement and create your own beautiful mandala artwork to take home.

We will end the morning with a fresh nourishing breakfast by the beach while connecting with like-minded people in a peaceful soulful setting ✨

No prior experience in yoga or art is needed — the workshop is beginner friendly and all materials will be provided.
