Sun Prints in the Park

WE'RE MAKING SUN PRINTS
AT MICHIGAN CENTRAL STATION!!!
(July 18 & July 19)
The NxF team will guide you through the basics of solar printing. We will provide everything you need to create beautiful one-of-one prints with found objects and nothing but the SUN!
In this workshop, we will utilize pre-treated cyanotype paper. Each person will receive a pack of 12 chemically treated pages to be used for printing.
You are welcome to make as many prints as you'd like with your kit during the duration of the class. Take home any pages you have left and enjoy your new hobby in your backyard, on your balcony or anywhere the sun shines!
HOT TIP : Bring your sunnies, SPF & a water bottle. We will be working indoors AND outdoors.
MOBILITY NOTE : This workshop will involve some light movement. We will start inside the station, head out to Roosevelt Park to process our prints & back inside to finsih up. If you need assistance during this process, our team will be available with helping hands.
