As the Sun moves into visionary Aquarius, we step into a season of innovation, clarity, and collective energy. Join us for a special ceremony that combines movement, meditation, and intention-setting to honor this cosmic shift.
Through a thoughtfully sequenced yoga practice, breathwork, and guided visualization, we’ll explore Aquarius themes: freedom, authenticity, radical truth, and the courage to break old patterns. Expect a creative blend of vinyasa and slow flow, energetic balancing, and space for inner insight.
We’ll close with journaling prompts and a community circle to anchor your intentions for this solar cycle.
