Ruby black color. Aromas and flavors of ripe cassis, toasty pie crusts, hints of rose petal preserves, and sweet anise with a satiny, vibrant, fruity medium-to-full body and a warming, interesting, medium-long finish with well-integrated tannins and moderate oak flavor. A creamy, spicy, dark and moody Cabernet Sauvignon for evening sipping.
Summit Chardonnay
Yellow straw color. Aromas and flavors of green pineapple and papaya, buttery praline and waffle cone, and lychee with a supple, soft, dryish thin body and a smooth, short-lived finish manifesting accents of lemon squeezed apple slices and nut skin with dusty, leafy tannins and a suggestion of oak flavor. A nice dry Chardonnay for the table.
Summit Pinot Grigio
