Relax and experience the healing power of sound.We’re delighted to welcome Camilla to Heartspace for a special Summertime Sound Bath, offering our community the chance to experience a different sound practitioner and a beautiful new style of sound healing.
Sound baths are an ancient practice that support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. Through sustained tones and gentle vibrations, the body is invited into a deeply restful state where the mind can soften and tension can begin to melt away.
You’ll simply lie down, get cosy, and allow the sounds to wash over you.
This special summer session is a lovely opportunity for our regular sound bath attendees to experience something a little different, while those new to sound baths are warmly welcomed too. Everything will be gently explained before we begin.
