Join us for an easy, social run from Maven to Liberty Park and back with a focus on both movement and mindful connection. We'll start by setting intentions, offer prompts for reflection as you run, and pause for an optional group share before returning.
All fitness levels are welcome. Afterward, enjoy ice cream at Normal and connect with great people!
